Completed in early 2026, this project involved the extensive restoration and painting of a character villa in Newtown.

Most of the existing paint was fully stripped back to bare timber using MaxiStrip 30 (an acid-based chemical stripper).  By strictly following our MaxiStrip 30 Safe Work Procedure (SWP), we ensured total protection for our team, the client's property & surrounding neighbourhood.

The colours were:

• Fascia, soffits, frames & box corners:  Resene Half Black White
• Corbel Brackets, window sashes & wainscotting border:  Resene Gull Grey
• Weatherboards:  Resene Regent Grey
• Doors:  Resene Thumbs Up
• Roof:  Resene Grey Friars
