This project involved a comprehensive exterior repaint of a residential property in Kaiwharawhara, covering a wide range of surfaces and materials. The scope included the roof, monolithic cladding, weatherboards, concrete pillars, decking, timber steps, and all aluminium windows and doors.

Attention to detail was key, with additional elements such as exterior handrails, light fittings, and gutters all included in the scope of works.

The client requested a striking full gloss black finish contrasted with clean white detailing, delivering a bold and modern look. Significant preparation and maintenance work were carried out before painting, including the removal of all old silicone around the aluminium joinery, which was replaced with new paintable sealant to ensure a crisp and durable finish.

This project was more than a repaint - it was a full restoration that enhanced both the appearance and longevity of the home.
